4. One entry per person, per qualifying activity booked. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. Verification may be required when booking swimming lessons or sports courses or when registering for an Everyone Active card including providing proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID showing date of birth). For the purposes of this promotion, a qualifying activity is any one of the following:
a. Swimming Lesson
b. Sports Course
c. Children’s Party (Children’s Parties must be booked and paid for during registration period in order to qualify)
5. Enrolment period from 09.00 on 1 January 2025 – 23.59 on 31 March 2025.
6. Entry period 09.00 on 1 January 2025 – 23.59 on 14 April 2025.
7. Everyone Active cardholders joining swimming lessons or a sports course run by Everyone Active only on Direct Debit or paying in full in advance for swimming lessons or a sports course during the enrolment period will automatically be sent a link directing them towards a prize draw entry form. This will be sent to the valid email address provided within 7 days of joining and the completion of any verification process. The prize draw entry form will ask for the entrants name, email address and telephone number.
8. Everyone Active members continuing their Direct Debit for swimming lessons or a sports course from 1 January 2025 with no arrears on their account will be sent an email by 15 January 2025 containing a link to a prize draw entry form to be completed with the details as outlined in point 6.
9. Participants booking and paying for a children’s party during the enrolment period are not required to hold an Everyone Active card. A link to the prize draw entry form will be sent up to 7 days after the party has been paid in full, has taken place and after the completion of any verification process via the valid email address provided during the booking process. The form must be completed with the details as outlined in clause 7.
10. The form must be completed and submitted by 59 on 14 April 2025.
11. All customers meeting the criteria stated in clauses 7, 8 and 9 or who hold a current fitness membership with Everyone Active during the enrolment period will also be sent an exclusive code entitling them to £65 off a Jet2holidays booking. Limited to one voucher per person. See Appendix 1 for full details.
12. If you haven’t received your email with prize draw entry link within the timings outlined above, it may be because the email address we hold for you is incorrect or not able to receive emails from our system. If this is the case, entrants are encouraged to check their junk/spam folder. If the link cannot be obtained, please visit your local centre and speak to reception or contact us through the ‘contact us’ link on this landing page. You may need to provide an alternative email address in order to receive your entry link.
13. The offer is only valid against sports courses or parties that are run and managed by Everyone Active. Those booking a sports course or booking a party run by a third party will not be eligible to enter the promotion.
14. There will be 3 winners selected in the prize draw. Each winner will win a £3,500 Jet2holidays voucher. Three prizes available to be won in total.
£3,500 Voucher Terms:
The winner will win a Jet2holidays voucher to the value of £3,500 (“the Prize”). Please note, it must be used by the winner on a new Jet2holidays booking, booked via the Jet2holidays prize winners team via email, which for the avoidance of doubt includes standard Jet2holidays, Indulgent Escapes, Jet2Villas, VIBE and/or CityBreaks holidays. It cannot be used for an existing booking. The winners may book more than one holiday using the voucher but if doing so, the holiday bookings must be made at the same time and can total more than the Prize but the difference in value must be paid in full at the same time. The voucher must be used by 14th August 2025, and all travel must be completed by 31st October 2026.
The voucher can be used in conjunction with any money off discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com or the Jet2holidays app (subject to the terms of that promotion) but cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code. Optional extras may be added at each winner’s own expense. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions.
If any holiday booked by a winner with the Prize is cancelled for any reason and where that cancellation would entitle the customer to a refund in line with Jet2holidays’ terms and conditions, such a refund would be in the form of the payment method in which the holiday was paid for (which may be a combination of a voucher and cash).
Where the holiday is booked using the Prize, transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included.
If the Prize is not redeemed by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.
Where the holiday booked using the Prize is equivalent or lower than the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Promotion terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays’ and Jet2.com’s terms and conditions (together the “Terms and Conditions“) which can be found at www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and www.jet2.com/terms respectively. Such holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. Where the holiday booked using the Prize exceeds the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Promotion terms and conditions, the Promotion terms and conditions will take precedence.
Please note, prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice (which may include substituting the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value or greater). Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed.
The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The holiday booked using the Prize may only be taken by each prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
All passengers must have a valid passport to travel with an expiry date no less than 6 months following the date of travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including heath or medical requirements or similar.
Travel insurance is not included. It is the winners and their guests’ responsibility to take out adequate insurance suitable for their needs for the entire duration of the prize trip. Jet 2 Holidays nor Everyone Active will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred through a winners’ failure to take out adequate insurance.
When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays).
Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
15. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
16. The winners will be drawn by using a verifiably random computer-generated process within 7 days of the closing date from all eligible entries received. The winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date by both telephone call and email. If a winner does not claim including providing their proof of ID including age (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of ID showing date of birth) within 14 days of being first contacted, reject their prize or are ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat for three months after which the prize will be null and void if unclaimed. The winners will be contacted by Broccoli Marketing within 7 days of a valid claim and the completion of the verification process to begin the fulfilment process for their prize. The winners’ details will then be passed to Jet2holidays prize winner team who will contact them by email within 7 days of contact from Broccoli Marketing to book their prize. It is the responsibility of entrants to check their connections to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
17. The winners will be asked if they are willing to take part in publicity in the form of photographs and interviews with local media and Everyone Active. The winners may be asked to take part in an interview or have their photo or a video taken both before and after their trip. These photos and footage will be used on Everyone Active’s social media channels, marketing materials and external media. A winner’s image may also be used in future marketing campaigns for Everyone Active. A full filming and photographic consent form will be provided to each winner advising what is required of them at the time of being awarded their prize if they consent to publicity.
18. The Promoter will make available the names of the winners and their counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by emailing [email protected]. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request the winners list and location by emailing [email protected] and requesting ‘Everyone Active Jet2holidays winners.’ We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
19. If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to Covid-19 and any associated government restrictions, or industry-wide supply chain issues, any affected Everyone Active members will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or

20. It is the responsibility of entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when booking swimming lessons or sports courses or when registering for an Everyone Active card. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects their prize draw entries.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification that clearly states a winner’s date of birth). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means
22. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a claimant’s participation in the promotion.
23. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
24. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion and/or the use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
25. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
26. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
27. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
28. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. £65 off your next Jet2 holiday voucher terms and conditions
1. Open to mainland GB residents aged 18 plus only.
2. The discount code can be used at checkout on Jet2holidays website, via the app, via Jet2holidays contact centre or via independent travel agent who sells Jet2holidays.
3. The promotion code must be added at the time of booking.
4. Offer only valid on new holidays booked between 00:01 01 January 2025 and 23:59 30th April 2025.
5. The discount is valid on all holidays with departure between 1st January 2025 and 31 October 2026.
6. The £65 discount is applied to the full balance of the holiday, not the deposit amount payable.
