    Children in care

    We are offering a complimentary membership for cared for children and care experienced young people. These memberships are available to those who have been referred by the Council Family Support Team.

    Cared For Membership

    WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP?

    Cared for children (ages 0-15)

    • Access to the gym (ages 11-15 only), swimming pool (where applicable) and soft play (ages 0-10).
    • Access to Synergy Dance online classes via a link

    Care experienced young people (ages 16-25)

    • Access to the gym, group exercise classes and swimming pool (where applicable)

    Terms & Conditions

    The following terms apply for the Free cared for children and care experienced young people membership

    These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

    1. Offer is open to cared for children and care experienced young people who are UK residents. Exclusions apply.
    2. The following terms apply for the ‘Free cared for children and care experienced young people Membership’.
    3. All customers MUST complete an application form for an Everyone Active Card.
    4. To be eligible for the membership customers MUST be referred by the Council Family Support Team.
    5. Offer starts from 6th June 2022
    6. The free membership allows access to the following –
      1. 0-10 years – swimming pool (where applicable), soft play (where applicable) and Synergy Dance.
      2. 11-15 years – gym, swimming pool (where applicable), and Synergy Dance.
      3. 16 years and over – gym, swimming pool (where applicable) and group exercise.
    7. The free membership is for 12 months. After this initial 12 months has expired, a new referral is needed from the family support worker/social worker.

    9. All operational and booking privileges and regulations apply.
    10. All members who join and want to use the gym must complete a Health Commitment Statement and induction.
    11. May not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion or special offer. No cash alternative is offered.
    12. In exceptional circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.
    13. This offer does not affect consumer’s statutory rights.
    14. This offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
