Join now and pay nothing until April, plus pay no joining fee – Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer available to UK residents aged 18 plus at participating centres
  2. The following terms apply for the ‘Join now and pay nothing until April, plus pay no joining fee’ offer.
  3. Opens 5/1/2021 and closes for applications 15/03/2021 unless extended.
  4. All customers MUST complete an application form for an Everyone Active Card or must already have a card already to participate.
  5. To be eligible for the offer customers MUST join and purchase our monthly direct debit membership (type may vary). In order to terminate their membership members must cancel in writing to the centre. This must be received by 20th of the month in order for the DD payment to stop on the 1st of the following month.
  6. New members only (i.e. must not have been a member in the previous 30 days).
  7. There will not be a joining fee (otherwise known as the administration fee) and no last month up-front payment during the promotional period.
  8. The offer is Join now and pay nothing until April plus pay no joining fee.
  9. If leisure centres are not able to open due to COVID-19 related legislation before 1 March 2021 the Customer will not be required to make a payment in March and will pay nothing until leisure centres are able to re-open by law. The first payment will be taken on or around the 1st working day of the month following the month on which leisure centres are able to re-open by law. For example, if leisure centres re-open on 15 February, the first payment will be taken on or around 1 March (meaning the rest of February is free), if leisure centres open on 2 March the first payment will be taken on or around 1 April (and most of March will be free) and so on and so forth.

  12. All members who join and want to use the gym must complete a Health Commitment Statement and induction.
  13. May not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion or special offer. No cash alternative is offered.
  14. In exceptional circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.
  15. This offer does not affect consumer’s statutory rights.
  16. This offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
