The following terms apply for the ‘Join now pay £24.99 per month’ offer

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

  1. Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 and over at Castle Farm Leisure Centre.
  2. The following terms apply for the ‘Join now and pay £24.99 per month’ offer
  3. Opens 01/11/2023 and closes for applications 31/12/2023
  4. To be eligible for the offer customers MUST join and purchase our monthly direct debit membership (type may vary). In order to terminate their membership members must cancel in writing to the centre. This must be received by 20th of the month in order for the DD payment to stop on the 1st of the following month.
  5. Not available to existing fitness members.
  6. There is no joining fee during this period.
  7. Customers will receive access to Everyone On Demand during this period.
  8. Customers will receive access to both St Nicholas Park Leisure Centre and Newbold Comyn Leisure Centre during this period.
  9. Membership fees will increase to £29.99 on the 1st July 2024.

  11. All operational and booking privileges and regulations apply
  12. All members who join and want to use the gym must complete a Health Commitment Statement and induction.
  13. May not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion or special offer. No cash alternative is offered.
  14. In exceptional circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.
  15. This offer does not affect consumer’s statutory rights.
  16. This offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
