Climbing Annual Offer – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. The offer is available to UK residents aged 16 and over at K2 Crawley.
2. The following terms apply for the ‘Annual climbing’ offer.
3. Opens 1^st January 2024 and closes 31^st January 2024.
4. All customers must have a card already or must complete an application form for an Everyone Active Card to participate.
5. To be eligible for the offer customers MUST join and purchase an annual membership, (type will vary). No refunds if membership cancelled early.
6. The offer is for purchasing an annual membership at £365 reduced from £450.
7. Excludes temporary and corporate memberships.

9. All members who join must complete a rope competency check.
10. May not be used in conjunction with any other voucher offer, promotion, or special offer. No cash alternative will be offered.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time, in exceptional circumstance.
12. This offer does not affect consumer’s statutory rights
13. This offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts
