These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

  1. The offer is open to UK residents aged 16 or over joining as full fitness members at Greenbank Leisure Centre and Etwall Leisure Centre, South Derbyshire.
  2. The offer is valid for memberships starting from 01.04.2024.
  3. Opens 00.00 hrs on 21.03.2024 and closes for applications 23.59 hours on 31.08.2024. For the avoidance of doubt, those joining between 00.00 21.03.24 and 23.59 31.03.24 will only be able to commence their membership from 04.2024.
  4. UK bank holders only.
  5. All customers MUST complete an application form for an Everyone Active Card either in Greenbank Leisure Centre or Etwall Leisure Centre or online at everyoneactive.com during the promotional period to be able to join and use the centres. Customers will be asked to supply their name, address, email address and mobile or landline telephone number to register for a card.
  6. To be eligible for the offer customers MUST then join and purchase our monthly direct debit full fitness membership during the promotional period and pay for 1 month of their membership up front. This will cover the final month of membership. In order to terminate their membership members must cancel in writing to the center where membership was taken. This must be received by 20th of the month in order for the DD payment to stop on the 1st of the following month.
  7. The offer is to pay only £19.99 per month for a full fitness membership up until 1 September 2024. After that point the membership price will increase to £29.99 per month.
  8. Not available to existing fitness members.
  9. If a member cancels and then re-joins during the promotional period, the offer rate will be available to them. If a member cancels and then attempts to re-join after the promotional period has ended, this rate will no longer be available.
  10. There will be no joining fee payable.

  12. All operational and booking privileges and regulations apply.
  13. All members who join and want to use the gym must complete a Health Commitment Statement and on-line induction.
  14. No cash alternative is offered.
  15. Offer is not valid on corporate memberships.
  16. Everyone Active reserves the right to disqualify anyone it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  17. In exceptional circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.
  18. This offer does not affect consumer’s statutory rights.
  19. This offer is governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts unless you live in or another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.

  2. Offer closes for applications at 20.00 hours on 31.08.2024
  3. All customers MUST complete an application form for an Everyone Active Card to be able to use the centres.
  4. To be eligible for the offer customers MUST join and purchase an annual membership.
  5. The offer is to receive two months free when you purchase a full fitness annual membership when compared with the cost of paying by Direct Debit
  6. The price will be £19.99 per month x 10 months (£199.90 in total) and the full cost must be paid in advance.
  7. No refunds will be given if membership is terminated early.
  8. There will be no joining fee payable.
