Be in with a chance of winning a year’s free fitness membership when you complete our survey.

1. The promoter of the Competition is Everyone Active.
2. The Competition is open to customers and prospective customers of Everyone Active (excludes colleagues). You must be 18 or over on 1^st April 2023.
3. Only one entry per person will be entered in the draw.
4. The winners will be chosen at random from among the qualifying entries shortly after the closing date and time.
5. The competition closes at midnight on 14^th April 2023.
6. Participating centres only. Exclusions apply. 7. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes offered.
8. Alternative prizes cannot be awarded.
9. The name of the winner may appear on Everyone Active’s social media feed, e-communications, newsletters and on the Everyone Active website.
10. The random selection of the winners will be carried out by a third party appointed by Everyone Active and the result is final. No discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome.
11. The winners will be announced on participating leisure centre’s Facebook pages on 1^st May 2023.
12. The prize for one winner is one year’s free fitness membership.
